I'm Andy, and this is a podcast about everything in my life. My real life. They feel like no one understands their life. Some feel alone in their pain and suffering. Some feel alone in their success and passion. I relate to both of these. I have experienced immense pain and confusion but I also have experienced immense joy and desire to celebrate uncommon good fortune and success. So I would love to share more of myself while documenting my life. My real life. Loneliness is just the subjective PERCEPTION of social isolation. By sharing more of my real life, I hope to help more people to fight the perception that they are the only one. I have a more formal podcast about the science of happiness as well, but this one is just me - Andy, in real life.
